I'm researching raw eggs and left this comment on another website, but I thought you might appreciate it. I've been researching raw eggs because someone recommended my father consume large quantities of them as he has atrial fibrilation and just had two strokes. He has previosly avoided eggs because of the so-called cholesterol danger. What I found is that eggs containg the amino acid, Taurine, which is good for the heart, particularly atrial fibrilation. When I shared this info with my mom, she told me she knew of a man who lived to be 110 years old who consumed 10 raw eggs blended with orange juice every day of his life.
