30 Day No B & P Challenge
YES I wanna be toned and feel great energy every day and I say YES to No B & P Today!! This challenge is gonna change your life almost inside of the first couple days cause it will not only challenge us to give up the main things that make us gain fat, hold fat, cause us to be sluggish, invoke allergies, create & increase aches and pains related to arthritis, fibromyalgia, digestive issues, and a whole host of other issues, but also keeps us focused on what foods are really in charge of our energy production and whole body leanness.

Here’s What You Do:

No B= no bread (or crackers, baked goods, pastries, etc.)
No P= no pasta

Oh yes it’s just that simple, but it’s definitely not gonna be easy if you regularly eat those two. The hardest part is gonna be the first 2-3 days and the first weekend, but you get past that and you’re good to go.

    I gave up pasta a few years ago and have never wanted that tasteless "durum wheat and salt" again. Gave up bread this month, which was harder as I relied on it as a convenience food but now so glad I do not eat it. My weight didn't change at all but I do feel much better replacing bread with fruit.

    Hey Anna thanks for your comment. Awesome to hear of your good choices.

    Since weight doesn't matter moreover body fat percentage, how clothes fit, and how you feel overall. Replace the grains with veggies, rather than fruit, and notice the difference. Fruit is great too, but still spikes insulin.

    LOL… Beer is simply estrogenic grain juice and pizza… well there are way better alternatives to making it WITHOUT grains that are WAY healthier as well as better tasting. One version is our signature “Meatza” that we’ll be releasing the exact recipe in our upcoming Synergy Nutrition 101 book.

    For the no bread portion of this challenge, is it a full no grain challenge?

      GREAT question Missy! Ultimately I do not condone or recommend consuming grains as they are quite unfit for humans to be eating them due to the immense inflammation they cause in the digestive system. This is not just grains containing gluten, but in fact all grains. For the purpose of our 30 Day Challenge you will not be counted against if you eat a bulk grain. Also if you want to kick a bread craving one day if it’s too strong you certainly have the option to eat a Paleo, or grain free bread, you DEFINITELY may do so only if that “bread” does not contain grains. Ie. Almond or Coconut floor.
