Today I decided to work on swings again and condition my back and hip thrust to get back into the power shape I need it in to start my Max VO2 Snatch routines again. It felt strong and I’m looking forward to Snatching later this week. I hope my shoulder holds up. It’s feeling a whole lot better although it’s not 100% yet. Maybe a Snatch set will snap it back into shape! 🙂 ...

Bikram Day 4 & 5

I, yet again because I’m LOVING it, performed Bikram on the 28th and 30th. Each class is getting better and better. My flexibility is going way up at a fast rate and my back hasn’t felt this good in over 2 years. I’m very glad I started this.

Bikrim Yoga Day 3-

Great, great, great class today!!! This was by far my best and I felt the greatest afterward. In fact I did not get light headed, dizzy, or sick to my stomach at all. I performed the postures very well and am much more confident with myself.

Bikrim Day 2-

Today's class was much better than yesterday's. I didn't feel that the heat was a problem til the last half hour. I drank more water during and felt better. I didn't feel sick at all and was only light headed once near the end.
My moves flowed much better as well and I was more flexible today in certain moves that I wasn't so much yesterday.
