SYNERGY KETTLEBELL PULL-UP CHALLENGE
Over the next 14 days we’re going to challenge ourselves to complete pull-ups (modify as needed by performing jumping or with bands) every day to really develop our back, shoulders, arms, and core to the next level. We are allowing modifications for all levels of fitness.
