THERE IS HOPE
Yes there definitely is a difference from purchasing meat from and contributing to the practices of the commercial meat industry, but again our bodies are still better designed to digest and absorb plant based foods.
If you choose to eat meat I recommend only get pasture raised (grassfed), wild caught, organic (but just because it’s organic does not mean it’s safe, humane and healthy).
The mistreatment and unhealthy raising practices of conventional meat plants need to be stopped. ASAP… and WE have a say in that. Boycott.

Again, I personally mostly eat plant based, but what the video “Farm To Fridge – The Truth Behind Meat Production” does not address are farms such as Joel Salatin’s “Polyface Farm” which is 100% humane, loving, and raising their animals the way nature intended.
