Our new theme and workout lineup is ready to go!! We’re playing with the idea of “March Madness” a little bit with this one and we’re calling it “Kettlebell Madness“. Here’s our focus for each workout in this theme: We are taking March Madness to a different level this year, we are taking on Kettlebell Madness!

Going to the gym for most people is a way to relieve stress and focus on just themselves for a short part of their day. Whether the workout is 20 minutes or 90 minutes, it always feels good when we are done. Kettlebell Madness is all about relieving that stress, letting out that madness, and committing our time in the gym to better ourselves and reach our goals!
