This week let’s not make any excuses and not have any room to say things like: it’s too early, it’s been a long day, it’s warmer in bed, I feel tired, the couch is nice, I’m too fat, I’m too old, I’m too weak, I have too much stress (cause you should KNOW when you leave you WILL feel MUCH better), I have too much school, I have my kids (cause you KNOW you CAN bring them), it’s too hard, it’s going to take a long time to get my results, it’s frustrating, it’s cold outside, it’s rainy and that’s icky, it’s a holiday, it’s my birthday and I’m too special to workout on my birthday, it’s my anniversary, it’s Thursday, it’s all EXCUSES!
Let us be the ones who are different. Let us be the ones who set the standard. Let us be the ones who raise the bar. Let us be the ones who are consistent come hell or high water- no matter what stands up in our way. Let us be the ones who experience the reality results BECAUSE we are the ones who take action every day. Let us be the ones who, no matter how hard something is, we put forth the proper dedicated effort to see it through to the finale.
