In PART 3 you will learn the most efficient technique to bring the Kettlebell down, aka “The Drop”, when performing the Snatch.
If we are more efficient in this specific part of the movement then it will be better for our lower back, shoulders, and grip.
It will also be much easier to accelerate the Kettlebell back up during the next rep.
