We have to stop putting limits and cutoffs for ourselves when it comes to our health and fitness. We can do more than we expect AND the Sky’s The Limit!
With these workouts we will go above and beyond our normal limits and exceed our expectations for ourselves. We will be doing higher rounds and repetitions! There is no limit when you are motivated to chase a goal because anything goes. The only limits there are in life are the ones we make for ourselves and it is up to us to break through our mental blocks to really truly own The Sky’s The Limit!

One Arm High Pulls (50x R/L)
Goblet Overhead Squats (Hold bell locked out overhead, GOBLET POSITION IS: holding bottom of bell with handle facing up)
Pistols- R/L (perform Jungle Gym Pistols for assistance if needed… squat down onto a tire or plyo box if a full pistol cannot be performed)
Broad Jumps (jump forward once, turn around, jump back, repeat)
