Here’s how you earn points…
1) Daily Workout = 5 points
2) Drink Half Your Bodyweight in ounces of water each day = 10 points
3) Eat a dark leafy green salad, 2 fist sizes worth, before dinner = 10 points
4) Go a day without eating grains (grain free) = 15 points
