High Fat Eating Menu

Here’s just a quick post about what we had for our evening meal last night.  It was a great high fat day and I want to share it with all of you so that you can add it to your menus.

Starter: Humongous Mixed Greens, Kale, Carrots, Pineapple Smoothie or Salad
