This was sent to me by a client and I really like it. It’s demonstrates what the progressions of foods to eat in order to both increase and decrease inflammation in your body. When you eat foods near the top your body becomes acidic and inflammation increases. Regular consumption of foods near the base keep your body alkaline and healthy.
